Seamless Transition

Transitioning from secondary school to post-16 education can be a daunting experience. At RTS Sixth Form Plus we eliminate this stress by providing a seamless educational pathway.

RTS students can continue their educational journey without the hassle of switching institutions, ensuring a smooth transition and continuity in their learning environment.

The physical campus, comprising RTS, RuTC, Clarendon School, Capella House; and close by Harlequins FC, make up the Richmond Education Enterprise Campus Hub. This space offers a combination of authentic synchronicity between education and business/industry in an aspirational, inclusive and diverse setting.

Bespoke Pastoral Care

We understand the importance of pastoral care in a student's life. Each student is assigned an academic tutor who provides personalised academic guidance, helping students make informed decisions about their education and future career paths.

Beyond academics, we offer a range of enrichment programmes. These provide students with opportunities for leadership, mentoring and personal development - all within the RTS community.

Academic Excellence

Our courses are taught by experienced college teachers and are further supported by RTS staff. This collaborative approach ensures that students receive a well-rounded education, equipping them with the skills and knowledge they need for future success.

How to Apply

RTS students can speak to their Head of Year or Head of Sixth Form (Ms Carrick-Steele) for more information about this unique partnership.

Students will have an assembly on RTS Sixth Form Plus and will be invited to complete an application form in school.

Sixth Form Plus Talk and Tour Open Evening Event

We are hoping to hold this event in January 2025 and will confirm this shortly.

This event will take place in both RTS and the Richmond upon Thames College, with an opportunity to meet staff from both institutions.

Non-RTS Students

RTS Sixth Form is open to current RTS students only. External students (non-RTS students) should apply directly to RuTC.
